At Intragin, we understand that a safe and healthy work environment is crucial to our clients, our employees and our business. That's why we have implemented an extensive safety training program to ensure that our team is well-equipped to adhere to the highest industry standards. 

Our safety training program includes 10 hours of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) instruction, as well as site-specific training, to guarantee that all of our employees, whether short-term or long-term, have the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe on the job.

But we don't stop there. Our supervisory staff undergoes an additional 30 hours of OSHA training, enabling them to effectively demonstrate and enforce safety protocols. Additionally, our leaders, foremen, and superintendents receive specialized training as competent persons in key areas such as fall protection, LOTO, and confined space entry.

We encourage our team to inquire and request additional training to guarantee their own safety and the safety of others. We continually evaluate and improve our safety program to ensure that we are always meeting or exceeding industry standards.

Our thorough approach to safety awareness and education ensures that our entire team can work confidently and securely, knowing that their well-being is our foremost concern.
